RotaStellar provides software tools for orbital compute planning and space intelligence, including simulation tools, satellite tracking, conjunction analysis, and related APIs ("Services").

Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our prices with 30 days' notice.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RotaStellar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
